Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

If you have already replace the IAC then a couple of other thing you need to try is first remove the negative battery cable and take some MAF cleaner and give the mass air flow a good cleaning and which you are going this also give the throttle body and throttle plate a good cleaning and see if this will resolve the stalling concern you are having.
