my 2006 buick lucerne wont start,key stuck in ignition,stuck in park,key fob stopped working and only half the accessories work and battery is fully charged

Honestly if the battery is fully charged, all fuses good, then the problem is more than likely a bad body control module or a module that's shorting out the communication system between control modules, but the only way to know for sure is to have a scan tool that can see what codes are set and can the BCM communicate with the scantool.
