Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

how much smoke is coming out of the exhaust ?

and it is running like one of the cylinders is dead ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
A lot of smoke and nit sure about th cylinder but car is constantly stalling mostly at intersections when coming to a stop
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Car hesitates when stopped then stalls
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

the smoke bothers me as usually with alot of smoke out the tail pipe and coolant being low the issue is usually bad head gaskets

if you remove all of the spark plugs right now do any show wet with coolant on them at all ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Unfortunately I don't have the necessary tools right now to take out spark plugs so unknown
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

at this point that is what we need to check next

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
How much do head gaskets cost to replace
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

on this V6 that can run you @ $ 1000 to $ 1200 range for both head gaskets

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Do they run cheaper anywhere?
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

you can try a non dealer and call around and get some quotes and see how cheap you can find a shop to do this for you
