Did you try the HDM module? This is a solid state relay in the underhood fuse compartment. It is by far the most common failure. In fact I saw a message that there is an upcoming recall for these. Again, it's called the HDM module... it plugs in and looks just like a relay. It is about $55.00 at the dealer.
