I am sorry your having this problemis this a manual or automotive heater AC controller in this car ?do you have a good multi meter on hand ?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It is a manual controller. I don't have a multi meter on hand at this time.
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.
with a manual controller we need to see with the key ON and the blower set to high speed if at the resistor both orange wires show 12 volts at the resistor connector
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
they both checked ok at 12 volts

confirmed with a multi meter ?if so if you add a temp GOOD ground wire and put it into the terminal E will the blower work with everything plugged in and the key ON and blower set to high ?and also make sure the terminals in the blower resistor connector are 100 % making good contact with the terminals in the resistor
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Confirmed with a multi meter. I will try again. Thanks!
