Customer Question

I have a 2002 Buick LeSabre with power windows that got rained on in down position. Passenger windows stopped working immediately. Driver windows worked intermittently for next 2 weeks - now nothing. Circuit breaker appears ok. Should I look into getting wires replaced, or replace the window switches?

If you can not do any testing I would replace the switch, its very common for them to fail when they get wet. If none of the windows are working now I would start with the drivers window switch.
