Hello and welcome to Justanswer. My name is XXXXX X am a Automotive Mechanic here to help you with your problem.
What is the charging system voltage should be 13.3-14.4 Clear the codes, unplug the connector from the alternator and run the engine and see if the code comes back. You can also check grounds. There are some grounds located on one of the bolts for the bell housing near the front of the car. Make sure they are clean and tight.Another thing that you can try is called a tap test. Remove the ECM from its mount and leave it connected. Then start the engine and lightly smack the back of the ECM (opposite of the PROM cover) with an open palm. If the engine stalls out when you smack it, you might have a cracked board.ECM/PCM is located under the dash on the passenger's side near the glove box.
ok ill try it thx then ill hit the accept
