This is over a 6 hour job, as the Dash has to be removed & then the HVAC Box & Evaporator.
I can post some of the procedures, but the complete procedure is to large to post

do you want men to proceed??

Yes

The "complete" Dash has to be removed, not just the front. Has to be removed to get the Air Box out that houses the Evaporator.
This is where much of the Labor is, besides disconnecting thew A/C supply & having recharged

The Dash removal includes Clips, Bolts, Screws & Electrical connections
If you have never done this, you may want someone who has complete the labor

Thanks for the advice. Dale has been a mechanic for over 30 years but has never done this before. He will continue to complete this task because it is our car. We are getting ready to sell the car and don't want to put any more money in having someone else do the labor. A relative is getting the car so want the air fixed. It has over 205.000 miles on it and we want to help them out. Paying someone else to do this would not help us help them. We do appreciate your help. Was hoping we could actually find instructions on-line.

This is a long list & not able to post ALL info on this forum, as we are limited to length
