are all the other lights working on the dash cluster?and is it lighting up the gages when you turn the headlights on?the odometer is the only thing not lit up?

ok what is wrong is the gage cluster its self is bad.those odometers and the light for the odometer is built into the gage cluster assembly and can not be fixed.either the gage cluster needs to be removed and sent out to be repaired.or a used one needs to be put in.
