Hi,

 

there are 2 cooling fan relays. They are both located on the firewall behind the engine. And they both do control the engine fan for turning on at correct time, along with the engine coolant temperature sensor.

How do you get the relays out. Yard on them with a needle nose pliers or is there a lock on the relays

Hi,

 

there should be a little lock on them towards the bottom. use a small screwdriver or your finger to pry it outward from relay and pull up on relay to release it
