My car keeps dying when I slow down to turn or am stopped at

My car keeps dying when I slow down to turn or am stopped at a stop light. We have changed the spark plugs, fuel filter, and changed place getting gas. It keeps getting worse.
Hello and welcome to JustAnswer.
My name is Vladimir.
Does it seem like it does not work at idle?
Will it stall if you slightly depress the gas pedal?
Does it restart after stalling?
Has it ever stalled while it is in motion and the gas pedal is depressed?

it stalles at idle and slow speed and revs at random moments
Your engine idle speed is controlled by an Idle Air Control Valve that in turn is operated by the Powertrain Control Module.
It is possible that you have the faulty Idle Air Control Valve. The IAC valve is secured by two screws to the throttle body.
Actually it is hard to troubleshoot such an issue without actually diagnosing your car with a scan tool.
