Is there coolant in the exhaust while the engine is running?

it appeared to be dripping ,but the car has been sitting for a while, and it has been very cold.,in the 20s
How much coolant is in the oil?

it was approx. one gal. of coolant in with four quarts of oil when I changed it.

yes i think so but not excessive
Ok, your intake gasket ruptured. They are very common on your type of engine. Its the lower intake gasket you want to replace.

Both sides. When you see the gaskets and remove the intake it will be obvious.
