2003 buick century: power seat..adjusted..fuses..a meter and they were

the power seat on my 2003 buick century stopped working and can't be adjusted. husband found 2 broken wires and replaced them. he checked both the fuses and breakers with a meter and they were good. what next? I can't afford costly shop repairs because on being unemployed.

I will try to help you fix your problem. You will need to check some things for me, and let me know what you find. The first thing. did all functions stop working? 2nd. If yes, then, At the switch, does the org. wire have battery power and does the black wire have have a good ground. let me know.
