2000 Buick Lesabre: drivers side..passenger..bulbs are all brand new

I have a 2000 Buick Lesabre how come the right side of my car(driver's side) lights are all out and the passenger's side(left side) are still on? I have changed the bulbs are all brand new as well. The battay is hooked up tight as well.

Did you check the fuses in the rear fuse block and if good, is there good ground.
