Voltage at the connector is Tan - 0.025, Black - 13.15, Lt Green - 0.254 and Green - 0.030. I got these reading with the car running and light switch on.

unplug that conector and check for voltage if you didnt have it unpluged
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
it was unplugged when I checked it.
Expert:  cartech replied 7 years ago.
ok we have a short from the dimmer to that plug in the harness
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
is that the headlight switch or the high-beam low-beam switch?
Expert:  cartech replied 7 years ago.
high low beam switch we had the juice there then the next place is that plug and no juice so some where between
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
I checked the plug at the high beam switch and the yellow wire looks charred, so I unplugged it and the plug has some melting of the plastic around where the yellow wire is at.
