Got it. To replace this switch, the till will need to be removed from the base. This is to route the wires through. to do so, remove nut 28, of the diagram. that will release the arm from the bracket and allow you to gain access to the routing passages. Once that is done, replacing the switch is as simple as removing the old one, unplugging it, then install the new switch, route the wires and plug them in.
