Have you done a spark and compression test?

Make is : 2005 Honda 50 hp serial # not available right now.
Spark plug compression test was done and pressures were all ok.

Did you clean the carbs yourself or have a shop do it? Do you know if they were cleaned by hand, or were they done ultrasonically? The last question is how were the carb's synchronized, what tool or method was used?
