It was firing just fine and then all of a sudden it quit. 1971 Evinrude 100 hp

Customer: I have checkec the basics fuses, connections, etc.
JA: Is there anything else the Marine Mechanic should be aware of?
Customer: No compression is good timing is good just doesn't have consistent fire. I had it running at one time a couple of weeks ago.

Do you have spark? Coming from the ignition coil? Have you had the flywheel off and inspected the distributor cap and rotor?
