I have a 2001 150hp Outboard that the primer bulp losses

I have a 2001 150hp Johnson Outboard that the primer bulp losses it's prime. Runs good 1st thing in the morning but after getting warmed up it will not Rev up unless someone pumps the primer bulp, Once I get it off idle it excelerates and runs great.

The primer bulb isn't collapsing?

Does it stall at idle speeds? Or runs smooth?

If I understand you, a helper pumps the bulb and then the engine runs normally. What if they don't squeeze it?
