Our boat cover leaked last year and the plug was in. Water filled boat about 12", we drained boat, have charged new battery pulled fuses and re-installed same fuses. Getting no power, no horn, no stereo no nothing 2000 Bayliner capri 1850 any suggestions we are about at the extent of our mechanical expertise limit.

Hello. My name is Tan.

Do you have both positive and negative for the accessories connected at the battery? This will be a #10 gauge red/purple and a black wire. There is an inline fuse in the red/purple wire. Check that fuse.

If these check good then we need to use a voltmeter to do some voltage checks to find the issue. But be sure those 2 wires are connected at the battery they will be extra besides the battery cables from the engine. Many times the negative gets dropped and left disconnected.
