Hello, my name is***** will assist you.

Has your engine been sitting for some time unused?

Is there anything else that you have looked at?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Engine used 5-6 times previously with no problems

Ok, there is a small fuel filter on the right rear of the engine. Remove the cap on it and pour the fuel into a glass jar. Is there any signs of water in it?

At key up, do you hear the fuel pump run?
