Hello. My name is Tan.

We need to check for voltage in the shore power cord. Do you have a volt meter to do some voltage tests?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
No I dont have one. Power code went bad? Its over 10yrs old
Expert:  Tan replied 5 months ago.

Ok there is no way to know if the problem is the cord unless we can test it. The cord could have just a bad end and ends can be replaced. Now if the cord is real stiff it is time to replace it as the wires have become brittle.

Is there something I can help you with otherwise?
