Why do I have oil coming out of the rubber hose that comes out of my block on top an goes to my carb air intake it a 20 HP tohatsu 4 stroke ???? Motor has no balls lost 8 mph went from 21 mph to 13 motor sucks

Hello my name is ***** ***** am I speaking with? When you get oil out of that hose that typically means the rings are cracked or worn, and there is to much blow by getting into the crankcase, blowing gasses and oil out. Have you run a compression test on the engine yet?
