Hello. My name is ***** ***** will not cause this issue as there are no relays on this engine. These are the things that can cause your issue. Loss of spark on one or more cylinders, clogged carburetors, fuel starvation or low or no compression on one or more cylinders. So we need to check spark with a spark gap tester. Must jump 7/16" gap on all cylinders.Do a compression test 90+ psi with no more than 15% difference between cylinders. If these check good then we have a fuel related issue. If you haven't already tried this run the engine up till it bogs push the choke.Does engine pick up rpms?If no change run engine up till it bogs squeeze the primer bulb. Does it run better?
