Customer Question

Its time to replace my manifolds and risers. They are on a 350 magnum horizon, 2002.I used mercrusier parts last time. They are about 2 times more expensive than most aftermarket brands. Can I get the same fit and longevity from any of them?

Hello. My name is Tan.

All of them last about the same in a saltwater application. Risers 350-400 hours of use 3.5-4 years of age and manifolds 500-600 hours of use 5-6 years of age. The only real difference is the paint. Mercruiser manifolds have a much better paint job. They don't tend to rust as badly externally. They are all cast iron in a salt water application. They do have aluminum manifolds available do not use aluminum.
