Hello my name is ***** ***** I will assist you. The problem you are describing is due to a blocked jet inside the carb. What you need to do is to get out the carb and open it, remove the float and needle and soak into carb cleaner for a couple of hours. Then blow out using compressed air especially all the holes and jets of the carb. reassemble everything back and it should be ok.

If you require further assistance let me know.
