Start by confirming power in and out at helm/ignition switch and manual shut down not enabled. Doing this will at least help point us towards where to further diagnose by showing where the lack of power or ground may be/after. This includes checking the ground to the engine and the power to the starter solenoid. It would also help to know if it cranks but does not start or does not crank either.
