Hi John,

Phone service is an extra service at an extra fee. Did you prefer the phone, or did you want to stay online?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Stay on line
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.

It's beeping as soon as you turn the key, correct?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Not beeping. Steady
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.

Okay, it's not supposed to do that. And it would only normally do that if the emergency stop switch (kill switch) clip is missing. Or if there was a problem with the kill switch. Is your kill switch clip in place?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
On key switch,
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.

What i'm talking about is the kill switch, not the key switch. Do you know where your kill switch is on your boat?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's the clip under the key switch?
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.

I wouldn't know without seeing it, that's why I was asking if you know where it was. But lets assume it is. Is the clip in place?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Are you there?
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.

Yes i'm waiting on you. Do you see the message I sent you timestamped 10:57?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No

What I had wrote was "I wouldn't know without seeing it, that's why I was asking if you know where it was. But lets assume it is. Is the clip in place?"

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it's in place, and it called the lanyard
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.

Okay, pull the clip out, wiggle the switch a few times, and stick it back in place. Is there any change?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No it still beeps
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.

Okay, next step is to pull the kill switch out, and jump the wires on the back of it. Do that next and let me know if it starts or not.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Still won't even fire at all
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.

What is the model number on this engine?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Are you there
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.

Yes I am, I asked you for the model number of the engine at 11:28. This makes 2 times now. Are you not receiving my replies?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I did that time, boat is across the road and I am on my iPad at my house,so I don't think it reaches?
