I have a 1996 Seadoo Speedster. I have rebuilt both

Customer Question

Hi, I have a 1996 Seadoo Speedster. I have rebuilt both engines and they are running sweet, but it struggles really badly to get out of the water (never used to have this problem), engines run good lots of rpm 6500-7000 all the time revs hard no laging. Once i'm above the water it goes good no problems and I can back off the revs. I've replaced the shafts the pumps, nearly everything, but I haven't done the ride plate seals (I haven't touched them in anyway). Impeller and wear rings all new. Does anyone have an answer for me. Please any help would be great as I just want to use the boat. Cheers Brett
