Hello my name is ***** ***** am I speaking with?

When you say it is not charging "enough".... Is it charging at all? What kind of volt reading are you getting?

What is the serial number on the engine? (I need that to pull specs and if need be, pictures). Lastly, do you have a hand held volt/ohm meter capable of reading under 1 ohm?
