There should be a 20 amp resettable breaker inline on positive battery cable running up to the helm. It will be a small rectangular box it should have a small button on 1 side you can press to reset

if this was tripped wouldn't there be no power to the fuse block behind the he?
Expert:  MarineService8 replied 1 year ago.

correct, do you have 12v at the fuse block?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
When I push the fuse test button on the fuse block all led indicators light up

Is there a master power switch on the dash? Do you have a test light or volt meter?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No master power switch on dash. Looks like power into the fuse block but not coming from there to the dash

Is there a ground terminal block on the fuse block?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'll have to check. Boats in the driveway, I'll get right back to you

There is a ground terminal block separate from the fuse block, all wires are tight, According to the test indicator in the fuse block I have power at all fuses but not at the control on the helm
