My 2002 Correct Craft Air Nautique began pumping hot engine

Customer Question

My 2002 Correct Craft Air Nautique began pumping hot engine water out of the lower heat air vent below the dash onto my feet nonstop. Any idea what could cause this? It has the Excalibur 330 - 5.7L 350 c.i.d. Multi port fuel injection Vortec engine. Fresh water cooling system. HIN#CTC24144L102.

Hello. My name is Tan.

These baots use the engine cooling water to heat the air for the heater. The heat exchanger has a hole in it.

It can be bypassed by locating the hoses coming off the engine going to the exchanger. Remove the hoses from the exchanger and connect them together.

You will have to go to your CorrectCraft dealer to get a new exchanger.
