Recently purchased a 2005 bayliner classice with 5.7

Customer Question

recently purchased a 2005 bayliner classice with 5.7 mercruiser and oild blows out the dipstick at higher rpm. Crank case vents seem unclogged. Could it be way too much oil in engine or is it bad rings etc. engine runs fine except for this.

Hello my name is ***** ***** am I speaking with?

The only 3 things that will cause oil out of the dipstick are clogged crankcase vents, overfilled oil, and piston ring leakage for any reason, be it a worn ring or a cracked ring. Have you run a compression test on the engine yet?
