If oil is getting into the engine while it sits then the oil pump is bad.You need to try a brief shot of starting fluid in the intake then crank the engine and see if it fires momentarily. If it does then that indicates there is a fuel delivery problem most likely the carburetor is going to need a complete overhaul.If you need further assistance just add a reply.
