Hi Will, Does anything else show reverse polarity? Does your breaker specifically for the AC have a reverse polarity indicator. Or does the entire electrical panel have just 1 indicator?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
just one lite for ac
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.
Do you have a generator you can run the AC off of?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no
Expert:  Jason replied 1 year ago.
Do you know the make and model of the AC and the breaker? Have you checked with a voltmeter to see if polarity really was reversed?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ac is cruisair

If measuring polarity on AC voltage with a meter is not something in your skill set you are going to need an electrician. Good luck!
