Great. First disonnect the batery. Then remove the flywheel cover. then using a 7/16" wrench, take the wire off the starter post. Then remove all 4 of the mounting bolts for the starter. Take the rubber rings off the top and bottom of the starter. Along with the 2 rubber stoppers on the point. Then install the new starter into the clamps on the block. Install the outer clamps around the starter along with the ground wire for the starter and the engine. Reattach the wire from the solenoid to the starter, reinstall the flywheel cover, then the battery cable.
