I have a 2003 Mercury outboard 200 hp on a 2003 stratos 19xl I have a 25 pitch tempest prop I'm turning the max rpm on plane the problem I can't figure out is it is hard to plane out I have to get my partner to sit on the front of the boat I have a 4inch fixed jack plate I have about 15 to 16 pounds of water pressure I have spent so much money trying to figure it out would a 24 pitch trophy plus help any or could the motor be on the boat wrong once it gets on plane runs perfect I can't use it by myself it won't plane

It has always been hard to plane out it is a lot worse in hot weather
Ever since I bought it in 2005 it is getting harder now the prop has some nicks and scratches on it now
