Hello my name is ***** ***** am I speaking to ? It could be a number of things, do you have a multi-meter and comfortable using one under my direction ?
Yes I I am.. Let me know what to do.
Hey Kenny I'm ready and waiting?
Hi, didn't catch your name ?
To start I need you to open up the electrical box and you will find a "white" wire coming from the CDI unit, I need you to unplug that wire, basically what you'll be doing is eliminating all the "kill" switches in the system, this will give us the best place to start if you still have no spark after unplugging that wire.
Let me know what you come up with
My name is ***** ***** I will get back to you after I try that.. thanks
Kenny not sure which one to take off. My cdi or igniter has 3 plugs..
One is coming from Coils.. each plug has multiple wires coming into it.
So which one?
Thanks Cory, into the igniter there is a plug that is coming from the chassie electrics, in that plug is a white wire, I need you to back that out of the connector, do not cut it, do a you tube and look for "removing a pin from a connector"
Let me know
Ok the pin is out. What next?
This is agonizingly slow Kenny...lol
Sorry buddy, next turn the unit over and check for spark, if you don't have spark then we'll need to diagnose the electrical part of the ignition, you will need a multi meter ?
Yeah I turned it over no dam spark... whats next?
Kenny O are you still alive? I'm getting worried about you.. lol
