Hello my name is ***** ***** I will be helping you today. The engine has to come out in order to get access to the starter. It is quite the job. Did you have any questions about engine removal, or the time it takes for a shop to do it, or anything like that?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Hello my name is ***** ***** am I speaking to ?
I need to know the exact model and I will be glad to help you, it will start something like SRT1100- or LST1200- if you don't have that I can look it up for you, I will need your hull number, some of the models you can remove without pulling the engine, and some are up to almost 4 hours with will indicate pulling the engine.
Thanks
Kenny
