Yamaha 150 four stroke will not start. There is spark and fuel is not getting into the cylinders although the rack has pressure the electronic injectors are not opening.

ok if there is fuel in the rail then the injector relay is not turning oncan you post the full model number so i can post how to test it

F150TXRDThis is the outboard model number. Please show me where the injector relay is and how to check it out. I need to know if it will need replacement or just a fuse.
check the fuses, they are under the black cover on the starboard side, should be a 20 amp fuse
