what size prop should i run if i am running a 24 4 blade now at 54 miles per hour on a 150 and now going to a 200 what should i run

How many rpm are you running now? You will probably gain 4-500 rpm with the new set up, But that is only a guess. Your engine has a rev limiter you don't want to bump against that, you want it a bit lower.. What I would do is once you change it over run and see what your top rpm is with the new set up, then adjust the prop. So if you run 6200 with the new set up and want to run 5800 you would go up about 2" in pitch.
I wouldn't prop it out until you know what rpm's you will be running.
