This is the wiring diagram for your motor. Check for proper voltage and polarity at the control board input terminals. Check for corroded connections.
This is step one from the repair manual. If you have not done anything with the batteries, I would look for a corroded connection. If none is found we will go to step two.

Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX checked battery terminals, conections etc, as I said the steering control left & right works fine ther just isnt any propulsion

I am going right out the repair manual. that is step 1. Step 2 is:

Connect 12VDC directly to the RED and Black leads at the top of the motor shaft( in the control box). The motor should run. If not a problem exists in the lower unit. Check the lower unit for voltage at the brushes, water in the lower unit, worn brushes. Repair as needed.

Ok connected 12V power to red & black leads at top of motor & propellor spins at max revolutions! What Next? Thanks Steve

Do you have the foot control , or are you just using hand remote?

Customer replied 332 days and 21 hours ago.

no foot control only hand remote, foot control wont work as per manufatures specs. Ipilot remote worked well for the last month & a half

Your main control board needs to be replaced. Part number 61 in the diagram I sent you.
