Hi my name isXXXXX will assist you.

There is a 90 amp fuse on the starter that blows when you short to ground. The fuse is # XXXXX in the diagram and the p/n 79023A91. click here for partsDiagram of 350 Mag Alpha Bravo MPI EC - (350CID 5.7L V8) Mercruiser 1A300000 THRU 1A611927 Starter Motor Diagram and Parts

would that also cause no power to tilt and trim? and how hard is this 90 amp fuse to get to, i see it attaches to solenoid.

That shouldn't affect the trim as the trim is wired directly to the battery. The trim has a fuse on the trim pump small inline fuse 20 amp. The 90 amp fuse is on the starter main post where the battery connects to the starter. Depending on your boat it can be real hard to get to.

2006 tritoon, manitou, 350mag, bravo 3, question, i had a large breaker on top of motor, that seemed reseatable, but didn't act as though it did, button hard.

That circuit breaker is hard to reset but the alternator connects directly to the fuse on the starter. The fuse supplies voltage to the circuit breaker. The fuse is blown on the starter as stated in my first post.
