Mercury 90 hp outboard will not start, power is good. We changed the starter last season and we think it could be to wires to the throttle box

okwell it could be..bad key switchbad nss switch in the control boxor bad starteror bad starter relayor a bad fuseOk find the starter solenoid on the motorfind the yellow/red wire on itnow you need to apply 12v positive to where that wires goes to the solenoidif the starter turns over you either gotbad key switch, wire harness, or neutral safety switchif it does not turn over, then the starter can be bad#21 is the starter solenoidCLICK HERE FOR THE MANUAL
