Hi, To adjust the cable coming from the drive with the cable end where it connects on to the shift bracket push cable all the way in and have someone turn the prop to the left to lock forward gear. The cables has a barrel for adjusting with a measuring tape adjust the barrel to where it measures 6" from the center of the barrel to the center hole on the end of the cable. Shift control into forward gear install both cables on the shift bracket. Tighten fasteners and check shift shift control to neutral then to forward turning prop to left forward to the right for reverse. Post back with questions.
