I have 2001 yamaha outboard 225 ox66 saltwater series at 4000 rp it stalls out or boggs out ,till you bring throttle back down ,already changed filter from oil storage to sender,witch happen once before all was fine after but now happening again and change it out still 4000 rps stalling

Welcome, these motors are known for clogging VST strainers, bad Low pressure fuel pumps, clogged fuel filters and on board fuel filters, and even including the fuel lines and primer bulbs. Also you have an o2 sensor, that should be cleaned every 2 years. You will need to do a fuel pressure test on the LP fuel pumps.

I did the changes as said fuel, oil, gas,already presure checked lines head rebuild begining of last year ,ran awsome till last month, did the changes to see if it would help,didnt....runns great 3500 rpm= 27 mph ,3800 rpm= 30 mph 40 rpm near stall idle down ,start giving gas 3800 rpm, 40 near stall over and over .......changed every filter know to this system from oil ,gas

fuel pumps changed? fuel lines? have you tried running it off an aux fuel tank? the o2 sensor cleaned? check the TPS voltage?

When head was off had tank cleaned,new fuel pumps,cleaned oil hold below,and on engine,gas water seperator new,sensor cleaned, TPS voltage good...thats why i dont see what the hell is going on,checked lines not brittle not sqoowshy seams realy think it could be fuel lines but how....

did you use the winkey blinky, replace the VST filter in the tank? check the VST fuel pressure?

Just got news head gasket lower right i will not be push eccept button sorry,Thanks for the answers you gave ,i know how hard it is to figure stuff out with out being there thankyou anyhow tight lines calm seas
