Hi,
Sounds like you're running one carb out of gas.
You probably need to rebuild the carbs.
There are tiny filters inside these carbs that plug up easily and cause problems when fuel demand is high.
Usually skis run good at idle but bad at topend when these filters have junk in them.

The other concern would be whether you're losing spark on that cylinder.
You might want to pull the spark plug boots off and cut 1/4 inch off the end of the plug wires then screw the boots back on.

There's a possibility that both of these things are your problem on a ski that's 14 years old.

It's inside the carburetors.
Very fine filter.
This is what clogs up.

yes all filters have been changed including the carbs.could it be a problem with the digital dc-cdi module or a coil

You would have to verify whether or not you're loosing spark at high revs to determine if it's electronic failure.
I don't think it is because it normally wouldn't pick back up at lower rpm.

I still think you have a problem with atleast that carb. The one cylinder that's cutting out.
