Hi Thomas,
The hose routing is on the connector block under transom plate the hoses closest to transom go to the back holes on the ram, then the hoses in the other holes go to the font holes on the ram.As far as the leaking goes this system is under alot of pressure. Make sure the holes and threads are clean and threads are not messed up.Also check the flares on the hoses to make sure they are okay. These were always touchy .
I hope this helps
Thanks Rick

Hi Thomas,
It sounds like the trim cylinders are on upside down. The 2 holes at the transom side of the trim cylinders should be on top. Then the hole [one on each side] on the connector block on transom plate that is closest to transom goes to the hole on the cylinder that is closest to transom. then the hose that goes in the holeon connector block that is closest to drive goes to the hole on the cylinder farthest from transom. The only cylinder merc makes with ahole in bottom of cylinder is alot newer and only has one toward prop end of cylinder. You will want to use 30w oil in system.
Thanks Rick
