Hello,

 

This model does not seem to have an inline filter, however you can always buy a universal one and splice it into the line so that then it does have one, which is what I always do.

Owner's manual indicates there is a fuel filter and a dirty one can be cause of high speed slowing and backfiring

I just called the dealer as well, they told me the exact same thing that there is no inline fuel filter on that engine, they told me the same thing I explained to you though, and that is to install an inline fuel filter for protection.
