Customer Question

2000 528i right turn signal on all the time
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: no, but only right side blinks continuously, left side works ok when i use it
JA: Are you fixing your 528i yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes, thinking it may be a shorted turn signal relay
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: to avoid draining the battery i removed all the right side bulbs, but the blinking still in the dash board

Hello and welcome,

My name is ***** ***** it will be my pleasure to assist you today.

there is no turn signal relay on this vehicle, all lights are controlled directly by the lamp control module. the most likely cause of the issue is a simple failure of the turn signal stalk itself. the only other possibility would be a fault with the module which is unlikely. I would suggest you replace the turn signal stalk.
